Methodological Cabinets
The project foresees the creation of six Methodological Cabinets located in six Cuban universities and coordinated by the Centre for Management Studies of the Cuban Ministry of Higher Education. The Methodological Cabinets are:
- Collectors and disseminators of the academic material produced and used in the various activities of the project.
- Promoters of methodological and quality improvement in universities.
- Drivers of academic collaboration in management between Cuban and European universities.
- Perpetuators of the outcomes of the project.
The Cabinets are located in the following universities:
Among the activities carried out by the Cabinets are:
- Maintenance of a website aimed at centralising and disseminating academic material.
- Development of projects for methodological improvement.
- Design and implementation of a quality assurance programme in the six universities where the cabinets are located.
- Organisation of study tours to Europe to provide training and exposure to European methods of university management.
- Organisation of the following seminars for professors:
